Poor Performance
Perreira spent more time on the floor and trying to con the ref(no idea what has happened to him of late)
lacked urgency today the spark was missing
but as bad as we were today
i will give credit where it`s due
Wigan were very good, played us off the park at times today, was impressed with them

continue playing like that they will beat the drop
as for us?
still confident we will go up

There's clearly an underlying problem here, and something that will undoubtedly be a serious issue next season in the prem (we will be back in the prem).
We will have to be on it for every game week in week out and won't be able to switch off every other week.
Unfortunately I didn't get to the game today (cancelled flights due to the latest storm), so can't comment on the performance per se, but something must be lacking.

Storm Jorge knackered my internet in France so only got to see a few glimpses of the game today.
Poor display by the free flowing team of late. It's not really a surprise to most of us.
I'm not going to get into this, my drum is worn out. it's all deja vous for me.

We came down from the Scottish Borders for our first game of the season. Some choice! It’s hard to believe that was the same team that had won five out the last six. They were wretched - lethargic, no spark, no fight, hard to credit we’re the league’s top scorers as we were devoid of anything going forward. Pereira is clearly a real talent but it was frustrating to watch continually attempt a clever flick instead of just going for the simple pass. To be fair, his performance was no worse than anyone else’s. Wigan thoroughly deserved this result. Now sitting in Costa at Knutsford services thinking “why oh why” Sad

Crikey !  Maybe my internet going on/off was a blessing. Sorry you didn't get a good game sir.

I guess that’s the way it goes, Blue Baggie. The drive back tonight was even worse than the game, if that’s possible. High winds, torrential rain and surface water - it got particularly heavy as we passed Wigan on the M6 Big Grin

Just got back (to Cornwall). My 1st game in over a year - very disappointed. Wigan did some good homework on us, and restricted us to 2 or 3 chances. Kanu should have buried that one that we MIGHT have got a penalty for.
Not an excuse, but the crazy wind favoured the less skilful team - and I'm not being condescending towards Wigan, who might have won 4 or 5 if they'd put some great chances away.
I had to ask myself if Livermore had been taken off because, despite his recent good form, he didn't put a foot right and was nowhere near the action that their midfield were. Why take Harper off?

Livermore certainly wasn't the worst player by a long way, the whole team were 2nd at everything they did Doh
When we play a so called in form side from the bottom of the division (Comical) - us being at the very top forget how to battle for points and promptly fall apart.
Lots of our player need a slap / kick / kiss or what ever to let them know nobody is going to give them the points for turning up.
Quite frankly it's become the norm. But it's OK we are still top.  Confused
And HONESTLY Wigan are CRAP that's why they are down the bottom of the division.

i`m a football supporter and an Albion fan
if we win yes i`m happy, draw still happy
but yesterday i thought they fully deserved the win

Wigan are crap the league doesn't lie, it's just we were worse. Singing another teams praises is fair enough, but let's not hide away from the truth. We let them win.
