Following my suggestion Stairs has set up a just giving page.
Get what you can on it because the board is getting worse. I had to sign in again this morning then realised it had signed me in as somebody else!!!
I've put my hand in my pocket and just 5 members have almost covered 10% of the total required.
Hope it works.

Well I don't WANT to be stupid, but where the xxxx is the Giving Page? I can't find it.
Found it, did it but it needs to be be an opening page-topper like Wikipedia ........
Couldn't a short explanatory email with link be sent to every active member ....?
Wow now it IS at the top of our page, well done Stairs or Mark. (By the way every time I come back to this thread an Edit disappears. The past is eating me!)

Super grateful to you for this - naturally we will need to start looking into problems and finding solutions. I hope a few of the bigger problems on it switching you as users etc will be addressed quickly. Then a more to a secure hosting platform and stability.
There is a forum at the bottom of the stack entitled Sportsbabble Crowd Funding - I intend to put updates and answer questions etc in that section

Ok - clear cache on mobile and laptops please but at 10pm this evening I think we have addressed the problem. Even though it suggested you were someone else or a guest, you have always been secure and 'you'. Frustrating period but thanks to the immediate request for funding support we are able to investigate the issues and have plans to port the site to a new secure hosting service,

Well we're over £500 now, though I was hoping the money would roll in a little faster ........ but then I'm a comfortably off pensioner and I am lucky not to need to count every penny. And I'm too far away from my team to need to save up for a season ticket.
