Yeh, a la Josh, I'd be happy with Bilic.
Pretty good pedigree, and a bit of charisma to boot. Probably got good international contacts and be able to attract reasonable players, I'd think, at a time when that's an absolute priority.

Evening all rumours are rife that not only is Bilic going to be our next manager but also Dwight Gayle is coming back on loan. I’ve said numerous times I don’t believe anything to do with Albion until it is confirmed on the official website.hope both are true but we will see.

Again I'll be happy with Bilic. I'd rather have Labbadia but I can understand Bilic over Labbadia when you consider that Bilic spent over 2 seasons in England with West Ham and there'll be less settling in time.

Formation wise I'd expect to see 4231 or 433 with a squad built to rotate between the two. At West Ham he signed Lanzini and Payet so here's hoping he can find similar style of players for us.

I might be naïve here, but is the Rainbow significant in the LBGT world? If so why the rainbow? I might be courting abuse here but I personally don't like how the Rainbow has been accosted by this group of people and taken over. I am not homophobic, my sister is a proud lesbian who I love dearly and can't wait to go to my first same sex wedding next year. Why is this beautiful neutral image now a badge? I think it's wrong, I might sound like a narrow minded old idiot but I'm not, I just hate having it pushed down my throat wherever I go, your persuasion is your persuasion, no problem, I don't thrust it down peoples throats that I am a hetrosexual man, why is it done the other way?!?!?

On a football note, no news is good news on the manager front?
