So apparently this was all bollocks from day one as Matt Wilson has just tweeted the following

I would just like to make it known .... West Bromwich Albion football club have not made an official approach for me to take over as head coach. I will at this time continue to work with my colleagues at the royal Shrewsbury hospital until such times as an approach is made. Expected to not hear something in the next few days.

at least the starship enterprise can travel back in time BP(before pulis)
or marty mcfly at 50/1 at least he managed to fix things
long shot?
