well fme sterlings played a blinder ...still the proof is in the big games and not against piss poor teams like czechistan

Still we still have to have crap players that don't deserve a shirt like dier ! As soon as he went off we looked 10 times better .
There's always an anomaly and ours is Dier. I can't see what he brings to the team either Imre On the whole though, I'm pretty pleased with the squad and the way they play. I can't see this lot just going down with a whimper, they'll always have a go and it won't be game over if we go 1-0 down

Dier and Henderson are decent holding midfielders, and the way we play up front we do need this role. Declan Rice plays that role as well so will be interesting to see if he will get some game time. Dier also has the benefit of being able to easily switch to CH if need be.

That's exactly what I was thinking Charlie ! Why the eff do we need holding midfielders with the pace we have in the team ? Just get the ball and attack after attack is all that's needed now .we've got players now that resemble the Brazilian teams from the 70s and 80s why the eff do we need dogshite like dier and hendedier in the team ? Mental bonkers !!!
