That wouldn't surprise me at all. His heart hasn't been in it for some time now and there's definitely something going on behind the scenes.

It seems pretty obvious that something is not quite right at Easter Road but we don't know where the problem lies. Lenny has had the backing of the board in bringing in new players so it would appear he's happy from that point of view. It could be that he is frustrated with the inability of some players ignoring,or not carrying out, his instructions and caused a breakdown of trust. He has been a good manager for us I just hope he sees the season out and comes back refreshed for the next one.

One rumour says that some Hibs players "walked out" after his "melt down" at Fir Park! IMO that was a "big game" to regroup after a refresher in Dubai and these guys did not deliver a result. I can fully understand Neil going "bananas" v a pretty average team with lotsa kids brought in to Robinson's line up. I'm also wondering if this sudden development will affect Neil's impending transfers for this weekend.

He`s the Irish Alan Ball, I think like Bally totally wears his heart on his sleeve and is uncompromising in his views and vocally, same that he dosent wear stress easily
Great manager if he does move on I hope it`s to some bigger club than Bolton

He's looked like his heart hasn't been in it for a while now, probably since after tynecastle. I like him and would be sorry to see him go but life goes on.

But we have not been blessed with much good fortune TBH! Key injuries, three players embarking on an Asian Cup mission, Efe offsky and one of the biggest factors was the transfer of John McGinn who was a colossus in Hibs midfield. It was also evident that certain players were "going through the motions", something Neil would not take easily! He is a winner, pure n simple and this horrible run of failure would be difficult to accept.

Heard a story this morning that several players complained to Leeann about Lenny ripping into them and she organised a "clear the air" meeting which got out of hand. The end result was that Lenny was suspended by the club and asked to leave the ground. The same source said that his back room staff have refused to take the team for the St Mirren game but whether that was in support of Lenny or not we don't know.
Brings back memories of the time John Collins was hung out to dry by Rod Petrie because our spoiled players couldn' handle his fitness and health regime. They complained to Rod, he backed them and Collins walked. De-ja-vu anybody.

According to the guys on bounce Lennon had a bust up with Flo kamberi and called him out for lack of application, Flo fought back and Lennon went mental.
The players then complained to the board, and clear the air talks went badly with Lennon going mental again....apparently he was abusive to petrie and Leanne.
There is no way back for Lennon now I think, we are looking for a new boss.
