A Saturday Fixture at

Not on the Tellybox
A novelty that just might catch on
Just Off Leeds Road
It's got Prima Donna League Approved Floodlights
So you can't miss it
HD1 ..... something or another
Ask at the Gas Club if you get lost.

Premumble
Why the hell aye man, the Toon are in toon this Sat'day afternoon fer a game a footy like, winner stays on man, ya nar wot a mean like? Not since Kevvin Keeeeegann cried off injured in what what would have been an historic last game ever, for him, at Leeds Road, has there ever been so much disinterest in this fixture by the numpties that pick the tellybox matches. Good, it means we get to watch a proper match at a proper time on a proper day and we can aaaarrrrrrlllll gan fer a proper pint after an'all ya nar man. Why aye man!!!

Anyroad, just cos we can't watch it live on the tellybox doesn't mean the Rest of the World can't, so pick your favourite dodgy feed, er fully paid Internationally agreed local "provider" from here.

In other news
As reported in a scoop earlier in the week by Lord Snoots of the Border between West and South Yorks, Aaron Mooy was kicked up in the air by those cheating Arsenal scum bags, resulting in a serious knee job and will miss 6 weeks for us, plus the nice warm the beach bars in the desert and playing for the bent stick chuckers in the Asia Cup. Poor lad will instead have to recuperate on the freezing plains of the Colne Valley. I'm sure it will do him the world of good. The stick chuckers however want to throw some stones at him in an attempt to get him fit.

Smithy twanged one of his wife's sussies too in the same game so he's got Christmas and New Year off as well. The things some folk will do to get Boxing Day off, I don't know. The long prong is back after a 1 match holiday while thanks to the bent Geordie season ticket holding ref, we've still got another lad on a 3 match holiday. Fortunately it's leading scorer to be Steve (Santa at Arsenal) Mounié.

Still trying to work out why Snoots lives in a scoop too, but I digress.

According to the Newcastle version of the Unexamined, the fat Spanish Waiter wants VAR introducing retrospectively from last weekend. As far as the rest of the world is concerned, he needs to join the queue with Michael Oliver at Specsavers.

This weekends Officials:
[Image: vGr8aY7IX2Ps5iPovNHbN9TlnDULo-P_C40F7GqP...38-h100-no]
Brought to you on the team bus by Newcastle United - 'it saves him the train fare from Culllercoats if we pick him up on the way down.'

Ref: Michael Oliver
Senior Lino: Michael Oliver
Senior Lino in Waiting: Michael Oliver
4th Official: Michael Oliver
Ref's Assessor: Michael Oliver

In case of a dispute with the ref's call on any decision - call Michael Oliver on Sunday morning.

Ref's kit - black 'n' white to match his season card.

This is in direct conflict with the actual Prima Donna League appointments

Referee: Anthony Taylor
Assistants: Gary Beswick, Adam Nunn
Fourth official: Martin Atkinson

However he has used his considerable lack of experience and over-ruled them as in his opinion he's the biggest and best blind mouse currently employed by the Prima Donna League and his total lack of World Cup 2018 experience by far outweighs the World Cup inexperience of any other English ref, so he quite rightly picks which games he wants to ruin. Making him go all the way to Crystal Palace to ruin a match against Leicester doesn't suit his ego, so don't be surprised if he turns up at ours. After all, once he gets off the Newcastle bus, how will he get all the way to Sarf Larndan in time for their game?

Newcastle Injury News

Mike Ashley is still in charge which is the biggest problem on troubled Geordie brows at the moment. Newcastle fans will call for his replacement or beheading numerous times during the game. This will increase should Town go in front of Toon at any point in the game. Any playas with injuries don't matter quite as much as they still get paid (ask VLP about that one). Apart from that this was the situation afore they played Everton. https://www.chroniclelive.co.uk/sport/fo...o-15055754

Innies and Outies.

The Geordie boys had a record budget when they walked back up into the Prima Donna League a couple of seasons back, why? Did I say walked? They were shiting themsen's in case we caught 'em at one point. Having blown the budget, the fat Spanish Waiter is till waiting for Ashley to throw another £100 million in his direction after they only spent a mere £30 million on new flesh and they earned about £38 million from last seasons fire sales.

Snoots might want to play close attention to the lads that are oot on loan

Especially that lad at West Brom  Whistle

Who's banging 'em in like?

Well, when it isn't Chris Waddle, and Nile Ranger is long gone and allegedly banging a few back doors in darn sarf somewhere, in between short term football contracts, a certain Mr. Rondon from my near neighbours seems to be at it more than most.

They can't both win

Not many games between the bottom feeders this weekend, so hopefully a few results will also go our way this weekend

That's a toppin' thread, theo. Great memories of Lindisfarne Xmas concerts at Newcastle City Hall way back in the 70s and 80s too. Their act never changed but you got a proper belta everytime.

I'm hoping that we get to see the wingers today or some variation of them.

Personally can't see rajiv being brought in from the wilderness and having heard about diakhaby, I'd be inclined to suggest that the possibilities are between kachunga, mbenza and sobhi

I reckon Sobhi will get a game today. He was a big name signing, coming from a World Cup camp to sign on, and we've hardly seen him. Time to make a name for him sen.
