Hamilton Accies v Hibs, Sat 8 Dec, KO 3.00pm

Another away match on another shit artificial pitch when I've come to the conclusion that this current Hibs team can't play on this surface - the evidence is glaring + lets hope no horrible injuries on this treacherous surface as I always fear after that infamous El Alagui incident!! The best result will be a draw although a surprise win would be hugely welcome! Change the goalie and give Rocky a run? I also can't see Gray being used even if he was deemed fit - too risky. Gary Parker last night "pointing the finger" at about four players who are not performing and not helping the "cause" at all!!

A vital 3 points.

Accies had a couple of good chances first half but it was fairly even. 2nd we were better with the changes and should have won more comfortably. Hope boyle is ok, his injury looked a nasty one.

Hyndman had his best game for hibs to date. Shame we have the old firm up next but we should have done better with that wee run of games we had with the bottom sides.

A welcome victory at last but we need to play better in the testy matches that are coming up. Also noticeable that a number of players were injured due to this shit artificial surface. I wonder if some day a similarly injured player will try and sue the SFA for personal damage due to a negligent disregard of the risk attached to allowing these pitches to be used in top league footie up here!? I'd luv to see it happen!

Some good news that the Boyly injury confirmed to be not as bad as first thought but caution was of prime importance to his well being - better "safe than sorry" re head, neck/back injuries!
