We play another team that has again "hit some fine form" and good results just like our previous opponents, Saint Johnstone. I think we will lose this match and we are on the "verge" of a shit period of crap results that could be difficult to overcome - deja vu and I can recall previous bad memories of this situation in seasons gone by! Kamberi will thankfully return to play in this Friday night away match and I'm just wondering how Lenny will tackle this match. I don't actually rate the Dons that highly but they are "grinding out" results due to solid defending and a strong focus on not losing goals. I'd love to see Hibs "play them off the park" again, just like the BF Cup QF at ER, but win the match this time. However, I can't see that happening esp bearing in mind Hibs dreadful historical league record v this footie club.

Not a bad line up Jim. I'd add one warning - watch GMS and "shackle him" and I'd go further in deploying a tough man-marking set up on him because I'm well aware of previous matches in which this player has "damaged" Hibs! I'd be tempted to field a more defensively strong Hibs team as well v a Dons' side that does not concede many goals in our matches. Do I place my "faith" in our strikers scoring the requisite goals or strengthen up and ensure we don't lose any "daft goals" and indeed favour a "clean sheet"? It's a balanced judgement as I don't wanna lose this match and would luv to pick up the 3 pts at this time and just before another dormant period when Euro Nations League fixtures will prevail again.!

You were spot on with your pre-match assessment, 0762, BUT with numerous chances there were no goals against Hearts, no goals against St Johnstone, no goals against Aberdeen - that's our problem.
Cabbage is still good for you

Yep! I forgot to mention I had no faith in Hibs scoring tonight mainly because of this "drought" in good striking! There were a number of "sniffer's goals" there to be taken in the Dons' pen box but no predatory pen box striker for all to see!! Also Darren McGregor does not appear to know how to take on a "free header" properly - an absolutely pitiful waste of very good scoring opps with no challenge on him!!! ####### woeful and he has failed in this match plus the same in the match at the PBS - a huge lack of focus and "nous" to "bang in" a goal from 4 metres with his head!! Utter crap!!!

For ages now it has been pretty obvious that we need someone to put the ball in the back of the net and Neil has to address this during the transfer window or we will struggle to get a top 6 place. When you consider that £100,000 would have got us a guy that loved the club and wanted to stay with us AND was scoring lots of goals it becomes hard to take.
Looking on the bright side we have only taken 4 points out of a possible 15 but have not fallen any further behind the league leaders. Still a lot to play for.

First half was rotten, but 2nd half i thought we played ok and gave it all we had. We could have easily nicked a point with better finishing.
But aye..... i'm starting to worry about the lack of goals in the team currently.
