Shame the team only really tried in the last 10 minutes. We are a mid table team at best despite being 6th.
And we are inconsistent as he'll.

Not good enough from the start, too many sloppy passes across the team and the front 3 did little to ease it by not being able to keep possession. Thinking about it, I'm not sure we won one second ball out of their box all night. Late rally saw us nearly nick a point but we didn't deserve it anyway. Boro might not play free flowing football, but they are strong at the back and won't concede many goals so will be up there at the end of the season. This games probably sums up this season, they should be in the top 3 and we will be likely near the bottom of the top half, but as we saw with L**ds and WBA there isn't that much of a gap between any team in this division!!

And Reach was our only goal threat. Winnall will walk into this team the way Fletcher, Joao & Nuhiu are playing at the moment.

Winnall is exactly what we need up front, someone who is a bit nasty and doesn't care!! Joao is too dainty, Fletcher works hard and Nuhiu gives away free kick after free kick, we need a Winnall or Hooper type of player in there to mix it up. Question is who you partner him with. |
