It looks like he'll be using Scott Allan as a 'bargaining tool' with Hibs and an offer of approx £1.5M as it's clear McGinn is gradually coming to the end of his 4 year contract with Hibs and he is now picking up regular Scotland caps and he is an improving footie player. So this could be a good piece of business for Celtic.
