Sick

It takes a high level of disorganisation to sink so low.

Watch out all you Division One play-off failures. In three short years you could be us. You could be Orient.

I just went in the L2 forum and couldn't find us and then it dawned on me that we got relegated and are now officially a Non-League club.

I still can't believe it. I hope whoever cocked up at your club are hanging their heads in shame. Best of luck. I have everything crossed that this is just one year out and you'll be back.

It will be a miracle if we can get promoted after 1 season out but I expect us to be in the Conference for 2-3 seasons. It will be different and unique in a way going to teams and places off the unbeaten track and visiting stadiums with one covered stand, what will be annoying is having to try and qualify for the 1st round of the FA Cup and having to play bus stops in the FA Trophy etc.

You've hit the nail on the head Pooch. Whatever happens is down to the top Allen. If he is determined to prove himself right over Martin Allen then his pockets are deep enough to do so. Why he would feel the need now is another question entirely. An ego too sexy for our redundant black shirt?

The strange thing is he seems to think he is unpopular because we don't like Sheffielders. I wonder how he explains his huge and deserved unpopularity at Sheffield Wednesday to himself. If you want to learn a whole new range of expletives try mentioning Dave Allen on the Wednesday forum, and having lit the blue touch paper wait for Imre Varadi's firework response. Even the ever-reasonable St Charles Owl would find it difficult to say anything positive about Mr Allen.

The fact remains that for a minimal investment in terms of his personal wealth he could get us back up ...... the well-known non-league players I've kept on about are playing for clubs where money is short.
