The trouble is everybody knows Wednesday should be in the Premiership. Anything less is failure. I thought Carlos was capable of getting you there, but this season has suggested a major re-build on the playing front was becoming more rather than less necessary - and that doesn't happen without a managerial change these days. Who'd say, take another three years Carlos?

As a Chesterfield fan I HAVE to hate The Owls, but I want to hate you for mostly being a properly big club in the Premier League, where we can only ever be in our dreams. One of my greatest moments was watching us beat you easily at your place during one of your brief stays at our level. It was a great moment because we were beating THE Wednesday, a big club, a club we would rarely even get the chance to play. The longer you remain a Championship club diminishes us too. I don't want my memories turned into, "You remember beating who?" Imre Varadi is right, there's no need to rush an appointment. If it were me I'd avoid the obvious names but I'd look for someone to give you your swagger back. The Baggies weren't ever meant to be what Pulis made them, and you're not designed to go up on the back of a run of 0-1 away wins.
