I sat in the south stand when I went to my first game in about 1974 and then had a season ticket in the family stand when my daughters were young. Aside from that I have always had a ST on the Kop and for this and the Burton game I will be on the Kop again. I think I have only been on the North half a dozen times in all the years I went to games, in fact I think I sat in the West Stand upper more times when they used to allow home fans in there.

I remember going on the West Stand Upper when I first went in the Seventies and in the early eighties. Think they stopped home fans going on the West Upper in the mid to late eighties.

I don't doubt it, but back in the day I couldn't afford the North or South and preferred to stand anyway. Since then I prefer to be on the end rather than watching from the side.
