WHY HAVEN'T WE APPOINTED A MANAGER?

Surely one of the few advantages of having the smallest board in the universe, a puppet CEO and a tyrant behind the scenes secretly pulling all the strings is that we ought to be able to get a quick decision.

We don't have to negotiate with 27 other countries, we don't have to get our parliament to agree, there isn't an army of bureaucrats with a vested interest in prolonging the decision-making process, everythin's in broad Derbyshire (or di-da), we don't need to translate it, what's the problem, announce a name, any name, how could it be worse than Caldwell? Surely we don't want the players going out against Yeovil thinking that the saturday dolt might get the job?

They took their time over coming up with Caldwell and look what happened. Stop prevaricating, do something.

If you haven't any idea what you're doing, taking your time over doing it does NOT provide an advantage!

If the manager we want can't make up his mind to say yes immediately, he doesn't want the job.

DON'T SLEEP ON IT! Our entire future is NOT a PILLOW!

Jack will be announced tomorrow.

Thats not a fact its just what I would do .Its obvious that Jack is in the driving seat so just give him what he wants and lets crack on .

A Forest supporting contact reckons Lester hasn't even applied for the job. Wouldn't surprise me if its true either. There's a chance Forest might also be looking for a new manager very soon.
You cant rush these things Dev, if we hadn't dallied with Caldwell we could have ended up with JFH. Wow we were really lucky there!

It's all speculation Dancing. The only people who know is the club and there not going to say who has applied and who hasn't.

Taking your time doesn't give you a better decision. It only gives you the appearance of one. You're trying to find a way to live with future failure.

Caldwell is one of the many pieces of evidence. Mrs May is spreading them like stardust.

No better piece of evidence is needed than Mr Pickle throwing his fathead hat into the ring. That really must ckfu with the players' heads.

Both tonight and Saturday are six pointers if only we were perceptive enough to see it.

If you want to see how not to make a decision look at the Booker literary prize. First they pick a committee, then the committee has a huge long-list of nominated books, they narrow it to a short-list after lengthy discussions and loads of meetings, then they hit upon a final six. At that point everyone says that is the worst list they've seen. Then they pick a winner with which no one agrees. GET the cfku on with it! That's the lesson.
