Carlos has taken us as far as he can. He's not able to win big games despite being able to have consistent results throughout the season

I think it was Imre that once said on here that Carlos is a very good manager, but maybe only once we are in the prem. He just might not be the one to be able to get us there because that takes a different approach, one that needs grit and determination to scrap when its needed, and that does not seem to be him. Put him on gardening leave, get a manager in who can motivate, can get the team organized and playing to their strengths, and then when we go up get rid of him and bring Carlos back for the Prem!!!

Can't blame Nuhiu for this one I'm afraid!!! In fact I would go as far to say he might be the one player who has the heart and passion for a game like this, wouldn't be able to back it up with much else, but look at that world beater Leon Clarke today and you see what a team ethos and fighting spirit can do for a bang average player like Leon!!

And he would he would have us in midtable stale and boring as the color grey and that would obviously be good for us in the prem !! But if we ... and we are not going to get automatic promotion then why would we want him in charge for yet another playoff fiasco ? and i think he will get us there aswell !! but whats the point ?

Been out all day , but kept an eye on the game, cannot believe we get back to 2-2 and then xxxx it up .. HOWEVER , cant blame just CC , it's the players who need to show some passion , and for whatever reason they didn't, a manager SHOULD NOT NEED TO MOTIVATE PLAYERS FOR A DERBY .. they should realize how important it is to the fans (at least that's what they all say), horrible defeat today, so glad I live in nowheresville , Norfolk where they have never heard of the blunts... would hate to have to go into work tomorrow with those soulless scumbags giving it the biggun .. I would end up getting sectioned for animal cruelty ...
