And how do we know they are better than what we have. Youngsters can improve with age and game experience, increase there own worth and value to the club. 38 year olds can't, there's only 1 way they can go after they have banked another paycheck.

We have to leave that to Caldwell,he is the manager and will make the judgement call.
My point is a general one though ,age is irrelevant if the player is good enough ,there is too much talk about age .Ive know teams with an average age of 28 be successful and a team with an average age of 23 also win things.

Ricky German has gone on loan to Alfreton for 3 months.

Dylan Parkin has gone on loan to Ossett Albion for a month.

Also Paul McGinn has had his contract cancelled and he's left the club.

I'm glad Ricky's gone, but I wish Torquay hadn't sacked their manager, then there'd have been somebody to write to about getting him playing at a higher level to let him prove how stupid our manager is. But the first priority is him playing every week in men's football, because he couldn't develop with us. Equally Dylan Parkin needs to play, but we gave Joe Anyonebut a two-year contract didn't we? Anyway we'll see how Ricky fares at what is it ..... the Impact Arena or something stupid?

At least it shows we intend keeping Tommy and playing him. Hoofucknray!

WE do really need a better stepping stone between Junior and First Team than our current set-up. You can't get better by just training and playing the odd barely competitive match.

As for McGinn, he obviously told the manager the truth, like Steve Eyre. But an experienced player with no hope of first team football can only become a disruptive influence.

Maybe you'll meet Jamie Lowry down there Pooch. Why would you go to Cornwall when Devon exists - it's a beautiful coastline line surrounding wasteland. Anyway only one coming or going will matter after Newport thrash us today, but how long we'll delay it I've no idea. Maybe Ricky'll be back before we get ourselves together.

By the way, you've never met my cat Luna if you think I'd dare kick her .....

First time Ive been to Cornwall Dev ,I must admit I was impressed by its beauty .The only drawback was that we were North Cornwall near Bude, near the border to Devon so had the best of both worlds but the location meant we were a long drive from all the main places ,however we took in Newquay and Ilfracombe both nearly hour and a half away and Port Isaac ,Doc Martins residence, was about an hour away. That was nice .Just a lot of driving involved really,If I went again Id probably stay further down .
Biggest drawback was lack of internet ,it was like having my oxygen supply cut off .

The Cornish Coast is beautiful. It's a good job that everywhere else is close enough to it so it can forget how ugly it is. Derbyshire is massively better, like Newport County.

Apparently Reece Mitchell is leaving and we are signing Diego on loan.
