I think the board deserve a lot of credit,I've heard they have been very impressed with Lennon and his vision for the club and have gone "all in" to support it. On the back of the cup win the fans are up for it too and are voting with their wallets.

Be great to get off to a flyer the morn but remember thistle are a decent side with two or three very good players at thus level.

On a personal level in really happy the seasons back, had some losses and setbacks in life of late, these things are set to try us but the fitba is always good for lifting the spirits.

'mon the hibees.
100% correct jim the board deserve major plaudits for not only getting Neil Lennon in as our manager but the way they have backed him in bringing in the players to play for our club on permanent contracts and not as loan players which I feel is much better for us.

On your personnel matters sorry to hear that but as you rightly say football gives you a different family to support you.

FT and 3-1 for the hibees! Thumb up Lotsa decent performances and what about that 'cracking goal' by Steven Whittaker! The MOTM award given to Simon Murray and what a high work rate put in by the striker! 3pts 'in the bag' and a decent start to the league season after a few testy moments in this game.

Started the game poorly but once we got into our stride we blew them away until the last 15 where I thought the midfield looked a bit "leggy". Murray and Boyle outstanding, the latter Lennon has definitely improved as a player.

That's two top 6 teams we've played and looked the better side now. You can feel the optimism in the ground, everybody pulling in the same direction.

We are back!

Lenny can also play around with quite a few team permutations what with Gray, Darren Mac, the Lithuanians and Stokesy competing for places - gotta find out what his best Hibs side actually is!

Absolutely, most interested to see if whittaker stays at RB,or if we will go 3 at the back at times this season. As you say we have the personnel to really 'mix it up' depending on the games.

Also be interested to see how sevco get on the day before we head there in our next league game.

Still I can't wait till the hibs fans sing
When the hibs went up to win the Scottish cup you where there you where there.
Gagahahahahaha it will be priceless to see the hate in their eyes

Aye hfcb! Esp the bad-losing c#### who were on the pitch at the end of that legendary cup final where they were never accustomed to losing to the hibees in a Scottish Cup final!

That xxxx basically means 3 points for the huns, probably gets a discount on his season book.

Pedro's basically assembled a line up of misfits and portuguese retirement jobs. Their defence looks awful, definite chances for us next week.
