To be fair, he did play well for Preston last season. Grayson was Preston manager last season and now he is at Sunderland so obviously likes him.

Hes obviously planning for the long run which wont work as the fans demand Premiership football and if Grayson turns them into Preston (which by other club standards isnt bad ) and he could build on it ! and possibly take them up next time and for once make them stable ? but it wont happen as he will be sacked before xmas !!!

yep i know hirst scored yesterday and the day before that etc .. thats why it makes the situation even more stupid as hes scoring without breaking sweat in the under 23s after playing 5 million games i think he could actually play with one leg tied up and still score so what has he got to do to get a chance to move up a level and i say move up to bench fodder no more and just keep playing him in the under 23s

Move in him out on loan is a waste of space if CC is still manager aswell because lets say he did well and scored 10 goals in a pub league team ? CC would still pick others over him
