Garbage. We'd never sign him. That french player jeanvier sounds more solid rumour tbf. Ligue 2 centre half who can cover full-back. Sounds ideal.

oh goody, daddies favourite footballer... The sooner he left his dads shadow or more to the point told his dad to back off the better. His dad, whilst probably meaning well, has intruded on his career way too much to the extent that he has almost ruined it, kinda like Chris Eubank and Eubank jnr, both kids have undoubted talent, its just being spoiled by know it all parents who are dictating what direction they go. Now Ince jnr has often come across as a bit of a moody player, but he could still have a chance if he stood for himself and didnt let his dad dominate, is he a town style player, in my opinion no, could he be, if Wagner has anything to do with it yes, will we sign him, probably not.
Take a look at other players with famous fathers, Redknapp, Harry left him alone largely once he had made his first steps and for all the injuries he wasnt a bad player. Frank Lampard, his dad watched and probably advised when asked but there was no public interferrence, in fact uncle harry did the most intervening and he was proven correct.

Spurs' Josh Onamah, 20 year old midfielder and England u20 world cup winning squad member, is the latest name we're linked with.

Deal for Mooy very close according to one hack.
Big big fee and wages by all accounts. If this is true then this is a massive statement by Dean Hoyle.

£8m + £2m in add ons. if he smashes the prem and keeps us up, that goes up to £40m. Would love Josh Onomah and fits the bill of young english talent not being given a chance at top 6 clubs. Now to get Izzy & Kasey and a bloody striker. Think we could have got Tammy if we had gone up auto and moved early.

Mentioned this fella 2 weeks ago and now he's being linked with us...Patrick Roberts. He'd be a great signing on any deal

Patrick Roberts was excellent for Celtic this season.
And we've just signed the Celtic head scout. And we've signed Mooy from Man City......so we have a good relationship with them. It could happen

I was waiting for us to be linked with Patrick Roberts after David Moss came on board. Loan deal likely, Man City only signed him to fill their english player quota. He'll never make it there. I like how all these prem clubs are willing to sell these players with a buy-back clause as if they're saying "We won't play them at the moment, but if they do well at another club where he's actually played, then well sign him back'. Hilarious if it wasn't tragic for the england team.

The trouble is that the big clubs want to win things and get the big bucks, that's why they won't risk these young lads.
Roberts came to my attention when the youth team played down at Fulham, Mitzi went along that evening and said he was brilliant. He's only got better since, now is the time for a premiership loan and wher better than us By the way Shep, we(well I did) had a great time in Glasgow at the weekend barring those mad couple of minutes the jocks got above themselves. Great city and plenty of places to eat and drink and drink and drink and drink... Never knew it was so hilly though, you could've warned me! |
