Well done that lad. Two players in the squad with Foster, lets hope they don't get injured

First Albion outfield player called up since Steve Hunt in 1984! Congratulations, Saido!

(Also the first time we've had two players in the England squad since Robson and Peter Barnes in 1981...)

Congratulations Saido!
I can see him getting some time too, with Rooney often deeper, and Lambert currently pot and not playing, and Roy hadn't taken sturridge because of his knock.

Good luck son!

If he scores on his debut at Hampden Park, he really will be stealing the thunder from a certain other local boy...

(Please let it happen!)

I hear enough about the "Local boy" from supporters from the dark side...

Good Luck Saido!

Well deserved call up, he's come on so much this year and, to be honest really does look a class act - sharper than any other English goalscorer certainly.
Hope he gets a decent chance to show just HOW good he is Thumb up

This will put him firmly in the shop window with January just around the corner, very pleased for lad, he has a big future ahead of him, lets hope it is with us. He does come across as a level headed bloke that appears to have loyalty and a love for West Brom, and all the help and guidance they have provided for him. I hope those greed league superstars don't turn his head and he can grow and help the Albion to grow at the same time. We deserve to be in amongst the silverware ........ I have supported the baggies since the early seventies .... we have had plenty of Semi finals but have always falling one hurdle short.

Albion til I die
