HUDDERSFIELD TOWN v MAN CITY

now i aint the manager so i can only offer an opinion, and in my opinion they are good enough as squad players, but thats just about where it ends.

We might only be down on Brown if we stay down, we might keep him IF we go up. Chelski didn't try hard enough to get Bamford into a lower end Prem team after his good season at Boro - they could have left him there to be fare, he finished up peed off and spinning his wheels at Palace and elsewhere. Eventually sold him to Boro. No reason Chelski wouldn't let us have Brown back for an initial 6 months IF we go up that I can see, other than a better financial offer. They aren't going to loan him to Arsenal or Liverpool now are they? if we stay down, agreed, likely no chance.

lolley and Scanz have been out injured most of the season - need to step it up a bit to keep a place IF we go up. Will probably keep Lolley if we don't. Scanz - hmmm, like him but got to step up. Hairy Bum nicks one now and then. You can see why City let him go but maybe a squad filler at best.

Watching the match recording. What a set of cheating bar stewards this lot are. Makes me sick.

as for Bunn and Lolley, I'm afraid they just won't be good enough going forward. Both need to step up another level to stay in the the team and I just can't see that happening

Cracking atmosphere, Wakey. Nice bit of banter with the 50 odd traditional Man City fans.

Didn't look like he caught him from some angles, looked like he whipped his foot out from under him from others.

Sorry theo and ELT....I'm sticking with my criticism of Lolley.
He was woeful on Wed. That game passed him by and he hardly had a kick all night.
You're right that he was playing non league a couple of seasons ago...and he looked like he was playing it on Wed too.

I've not seen as much of Town live footy as most on here....but watched every game which has been televised and did go to Newcastle.
So that's about 8 or 9 games? In every single game I've watched when Lolley was playing he really hasn't impressed me at all.

As a lot have said already on here, the boy needs to step up massively if he wants to stay with us.

i agree with shep, as i said, he, bunn and scannell need to pull something out of somewhere to prove to the gaffer that they are able to play at our level. yes all three have suffered injuries but they have until the end of the season to show what they offer

All our wide attackers are good put don't seem to have the end product, apart from Kachunga of course. You're right. They all need to up their game in the next few weeks.

Tongue in cheek SHEP as I've got him on my Players For Pounds list. I can see how well he's playing (or not). Unlike some that played on Wednesday, they've all the season of fitness behind them, he hasn't. Our lads can't be expected to stuff players that City are paying more per week than our side earns in a season. If a few had a bad game against that side, so what?

Deja vu. Watching Citeh on Sky. It's empty at the Emptihad. Those that are there are dead quiet and the away fans are taunting them with you're just a shit Man United. Laugh
