IMO this will be a tricky fixture and I didn't realise it would be happening in midweek (a short Feb month!) as I feel that Hibs could do with a welcome minimum 7 day break to reflect on past events and try to recover and prepare for the challenges ahead. I fear we are gonna lose this match at the current time and with our player resources absolutely stretched to the limit. A change of tack required under the circumstances? Perhaps so but the big prob is a weakened defensive position that must be redressed asap and a midfield formation that requires a steadying influence in it as well as a 'bit of steely determination'! Under normal circumstances I would rest John McGinn and also Fraser Fyvie after his sickness bout last week! However, I don't think Lenny has enough resource to 'rotate' these players. This period is a huge test of the manager's mettle in trying to deal with these issues in a positive manner. I'd take a 'steal' of a win, any win, if it was on offer - 3pts would be invaluable at this stage of the season and, as Lenny describes it, it's another cup final! Lets hope the players 'firm up' and heed the manager's prompt.

And additionally NO MORE INJURIES PLEASE or at least give our league challengers some of the same unlucky circumstances that we've been hit with on the 'injury front'!

2 tough away games v st mirren and utd to tackle. Win them both and we would be 13 clear as utd don't play again until they meet us on the 10th.
We have the cup game in between too.
No option really but to play our strongest side in this game. I'd replace holt with keatings for definite. Thought the big fella was looking a bit 'leggy' after those 2 cup games.

They will have known newhaven and we will have taken a punt on the outcome being favourable down the line.
Shame as both the glasgow sides rated him very highly as a prospect.

We have no option but to play our strongest team in the Championship and let the Cup team take it's chances with who is fit and available - 5 fringe players if necessary. The trouble is who is in our strongest team?
