Whistle

Well I kept going on about this guy being a free agent.

Now he's on trial with Bolton.

He's only 25 now. He was in best eleven in our division in Wigan's promotion season.

He had England caps at under 19 and 20.

He can clearly still play. Why the Fukaku can't we ever come up with a decent and mature prospect? Why for instance do we let Sarcevic drift off to Plymouth?

Hello, is that the Proact, is anyone awake in there? I know we haven't got much money, but these are free agents.

Yeah but what is his wages? How much can we pay him? How much would he want?

Matt, what is Bolton's debt? They have told loads of current players to forget about next season .......

Plymouth aren't paying big money these days. Sarcevic hasn't gone there for big money.

How much are our twelve-year-old loanees costing us? What did replacing Wilson cost us? How much is Chris Turner?

How much will relegation cost us?

As a club we are slow, lazy and antiquated. We may have a new ground but mentally we never left Saltergate did we?

Bolton need to get promoted and there throwing everything at it which is a massive gamble for them.

As for the loanees, Wilson and Turner good point.

Relegation will cost us a lot not only financially but also our fan base as well.

Agree with all that Matt mate ........... Bolton don't really know whether to economise or go flat out for promotion so they seem to be jumping about between the two in much the same way they can't decide who owns the club ....... and they did just get £2.5 million for Zach Clough ..........

In truth taking Reece Wabara on trial is ridiculous. Everyone knows when he's fit enough he's one of the best players at our level. So I suppose they are only trying out his character, which is probably his major defect anyway. I'd dive in and offer him a contract sight unseen.

It just seems to me there has to be a cost to taking on four unknown youngsters and in Sarcevic and Wabara, two known quantities, who I'm pretty damn sure are at least as good as anyone in our squad, were available. I do just want to yell wake the fukaku up. Only time we ever stole a march was Ched Evans and look how well that turned out.

Zach Clough is a really good player and came through there academy.

I think we need to bring through our youth players and give them a chance otherwise what is the point of having a youth team? Also must be pretty disheartening for our youth players not to be given a chance while we bring in loanees who are young.

Look at Spurs they built a team around youth players and youngsters and they've made the step up. Only difference is when teams like Spurs get a good player they can keep hold of them whereas teams like ourselves have to sell.

I so agree. If I were Ricky German and I saw Faupala at centre forward I'd say hey thanks new manager - rejected without even looking at me .....

But if I were off to Fylde like Maguire I'd have my fingers crossed for 6-0 to Bury tomorrow.

Why not give Maguire a chance in the first team? Doesn't make sense. We've brought in young defenders on loan and there getting a chance but Maguire isn't.
