"I really felt for my players at the end - they didn't deserve that at all, they deserved at least a point today.
"I thought we were very committed, we disrupted them, we followed a good game plan and our display warranted more than what we got.
"It was a bitter pill to swallow, to be honest.

garry monk in rose tinted view shocker
yet again he sees things as leeds being the only team on the pitch, I wouldnt have complained at a draw and it may have been fair enough given that they defended solidly. But at the same time only one team on that pitch deserved to win and that was town, Leeds had a couple of decent half chances, but compare that to the three of Quaner (he looked promising in some aspects, rusty in others, make him stop the scissor backheel), his first was a good save from green, second, again good save from green, third, well he just seemed to miss his kick, 8 out of 10 that goes in. other chances for town, rajiv probably should have scored at the back stick, hef missed a header. all in all town deserved the win.
and as for the post match interview with monk in regards to the manager clash. what a clown
can tell he used to be a defender, clinical foul and a it wasnt me claim. boo hoo, he was the same when he was at swansea, everything is against him and with a personality like that, I can see why

Toys have come out of the pram again with Monk and looking at another forum or two, we only won because Wagner assaulted Monk (when the video evidence shows Monk shoulder charged Wagner) and showed no class and the fact that their chap who headed the ball to Wood (Woods?, who cares) was offside when the ball was played in and all that bollox on the touchline happened after we went 2-1 up doesn't get a mention. Anyway. I'll take a passionate manager and 6 points off a piss poor side with a miserable scrote of a manager every day of the week.

Quaner.........Are they really his legs? Never seen such sparra legs on a bloke his size! Looks a bit ungainly at times, but I reckon he's gunna do just fine with us..........Just can't get over his legs though!
