Now thats interesting .My initial thoughts were that we refused to approach anyone currently employed on the principle that we will not pay compensation, but a tweet from Rob Staton suggests we did make an approach but were knocked back by Bristol

Dave Jones could do a decent job for you, comes with some baggage but if you can cope with that then he might be one that could succeed.

I reckon Caldwell would be a bit of a coup ,he worked with a massive budget at Wiggun so will be used to pressure situations and listening to a few fan comments they played good footie and he was unlucky to be sacked .
