Mozza leads the way at the KC Stadium, 31st January 2009

For the first time in a month or so, we're treated to a Saturday 3pm kick-off this weekend, and an interesting fixture it promises to be as we lock horns with struggling Hull. Although we've lifted ourselves into the top half with our recent exploits, I'm not sure table positions carry too much weight this season, where only six points separate us from the relegation zone; a gap which the Tigers could easily reduce this weekend.

Back-to-back wins to open the season have perhaps concealed the extent to which Hull have found points hard to come by since. A solitary home win against Southampton is all they've had to show for their travails in the last two and a half months, and they're coming into this game fresh off the back of a 3-0 mauling by Sunderland. If we can maintain our current November form then we can potentially see out this month in style. I'd suggest that Mozza has to be the very first name on the team sheet; the question going forward is surely whether there's an effective way of including both him and Nacer Chadli in the side without upsetting the balance.

Incredibly, you have to go back four years to November 2012 for the last time we won three league games on the bounce. It almost seems too much to hope that we might reproduce some of the dizzying thrills of that distant autumn, but the opportunity is there, so let's see what Tony's got in store for the Tigers.

Both sets of fans will be seriously thinking "We can win this one".
After the last couple of games Albion fans are more optimistic than we have been for a lo-o-o-ong time. And the key to this, as Ska'd says, is the form of James Morrison (with the help of Brunt & Phillips). If Mozza was a new £10m signing we'd all be cooing "This is just the bloke we've been crying out for".
You can predict that the Away following will start to increase if we at least give it a go. It can't be much fun for those forking out £100+ for a wasted disillusioned Saturday, and the Club should reward them with a bit more than a free coach journey every April.
It's a mutual thing: if the crowd are up for it, the team will respond. Vice versa.

My first game in a year and I am buzzing! Can not wait to get on the terraces and sing my heart out. Just hoping we play with the same attacking application we have done against Leicester and Burnley!

Good to see the old Faithful pushing things forward! Brunty and Mozza were awesome against Burnley.

If Chadli is back I hope he is on the bench and not put straight in, as good as he is, don't upset a winning team.

Glad to hear positivity returning to the fans, amazing what a couple of wins and some goals can do to boost morale for fans and players alike. I shall be there myself tomorrow and will be belting out songs in the concourse and in stand. Hoping for another cracking away following like Leicester.

Totally agree Dev I would be very disappointed to see any player dropped and despite Chadli being a good player he must bide his time on the bench for now. For all those who haven't been fans of Brunt and/or Morrison recently, the past two games have been an eye opener to show just how important they still are to this football club. I saw Brunt play at Walsall against the Villa U23's and thought he looked a better player despite the long lay off with injury back then.  Fletcher has also returned to form IMO and has played a huge part in our improvement lately.

3 points Saturday and we'd hit a very respectable 19 points from 13 games by the end of November. 3 points are definitely there for us too if we take the game to them. Come on you Baggies!

I'd like to think we can win this one fairly easily, but we all know that the minute we start looking good and being touted as favourites, it'll all go pear shaped.

So I don't fancy us at all here.

IF Uncle Tone continues with the more aggressive policy that was displayed in the last two games, we could certainly get a result. I do agree the difference has been a resurgent Mozza along with Brunty although I suspect the latter will be making way for Chadli either in the starting line-up or off the bench.

One wonders whether this new, uncharacteristic Pulis approach is due to the owners being embarrassed with the swathes of empty seats and fan frustration with his contract extension being dependent on a more exciting playing style.

If its back to playing deep and defensively then its still Pulis Out !
