First match 1991, first season ticket 1994/95.
Since 2006, I've been exiled to Kent and only get to a game or so person per season now.

My 1st match was at Leeds Road back in the early nineties against Leyton Orient. It was either the penultimate or final season at Leeds Road. I don't remember a great deal about the game other than the score being 1-1 and Orient had a player in their ranks that looked like a girl! I was only 6 or 7 at the time and the player had long hair!
I played football from aged 5 for Shawcross Boys, now Dewsbury Rangers, but didn't really particularly support a professional team. It was only when my step-dad took me to the game against Orient that I really got into it. I then had my 9th birthday party at Town and was hooked since that moment! 1st season ticket in the 96/97 season with Horton in charge but my fond memories really start with Jacko and the 'Great Escape' season! I always wondered why Stevie Francis was such a miserable git!
My eldest son now plays for our local U8 side in Wakefield and I have been gradually getting him into it over the last 6-12 months. He is definitely a fan now and takes more of an interest as times go on! I will then start on my next 2 boys of 4 and 1!

I dont remember the exact date or game when i went to my first town game but Eion Hand was manager so its sometime between 88 and 92 he didnt last too long so it was probably around 90-91 my dad and uncle were fans from being kids, my dad is still a season ticket holder, in fact he sits in front of Wakey and Mitzi at home games

My first match at Leeds Road was in 1958, a 1 - 1 draw with Sunderland. My first Town hero, the elegant Les Massie, scored our equaliser.

I'm a relative newcomer. Although I am late 40s, my first match was the Peterborough play-off at Leeds Road. However, I spent many a match listening on the radio and waiting outside the ground in the car to pick them up. I may not have been in there but I have lived it!
