Its a brilliant article by Smyth, sums things up precisely.
I agree Matt, I'd love to see Evo and Llera make a success of it .
So this James Rowe guy is 3rd favourite with Skybet ,I Know nothing about him except he is assistant at Aldershot. It would be a gamble just like Jack was.

Personally I would go for Nicky Law if Evo and Miguel fail .I always remember the 2-2 draw against Brighton where we were under all sorts of intimidation yet still managed to salvage a result .That was down to Law instilling a never say die attitude into his team .
He has a good record in non league and there were mitigating circumstances for his failures at Bradford and Grimsby .

Unfortunately what happened with the team seemed way out of sync with his lips. He gave the appearance of being original and even challenging but the on-field result was boring, samey and unsuccessful. I'm sorry about that.

What I don't want now is for another one of our heroes to be tarnished.

Most boring manager who did interviews was Caldwell he came across depressive and boring.

To be honest I would give the job to Evo and Llera as both joint managers. Joint managers seem to work for Salford and Lincoln and Buxton's new managers are joint managers who used to manage Glossop.

Also this article which has been released tonight really sums up the last 3 years.

Sheridan was by far the most boring "They are not listening" by far. He could hardly string more than the same 4 words together and looked like he had just crawled out of a swamp.

I have never heard of a Swamp Owl. Perhaps St Charles has a more in-depth knowledge of strigiformes. On dress-sense and vocabulary alone I'd disqualify Sheridan. I imagine his non-league knowledge is also minimal.

I'll be interested to see how Llera and Evo set up the team. BUT my instinct is to rule them out as a combo for next season as very few purely league managers succeed in the Vanarama and this combination have no real experience at either this level or even of management. They MIGHT be brilliant, but they they look to me as big a gamble as the assistant at Aldershot.

I'm amazed Luke Garrard's even in the betting, but I would go for this 33/1 chance and see if he would work with Evo as Assistant. Llera would get a good pay rise, would be called Director of Development, would look after not only the juniors as juniors but their entire progress into first team players and would be looking at the recruitment of talent at all levels. He seems great at what he is doing to me. And I can't see a better way of assuring our future. Alongside Garrard, who has proved his ability to recruit top non-league players, Llera might give us back a future. The club should be talking to him now and seeing how he regards his future. If Miguel Llera really wanted to be manager I'd go with him so long as he recruited a non-league man to work alongside him. There is a possibility that Evo doesn't not think his playing career is over and he could provide great cover whilst taking much greater responsibility off the pitch ............

The really difficult part of this equation is that we need to appoint someone good despite our recent record and he has to be able to convince potential signings that our aim is to use the last two seasons' disasters as a launch pad for immediate success. To excite people and get players keen to hop aboard we need to convince them that our aim is not only to win the Vanarama next season, but also to go through Division Two like a dose of salts too. (And I'm not even convinced that the club actually wants to get back into the EFL.)

I'll be there as it doesn't take much to give me a little bit of optimism ,even beating Alfreton gave me hope .
I like change ,it is necessary when things are going badly and am hoping we see an improvement tomorrow and indeed for the last 3 games.I'm going in hope rather than confidence.I just wish the change was higher up.

Strigiformes are supposed to have excellent eyesight, but I am not sure how Sheridan manages to see anything considering he is usually looking at the world through the bottom of a beer glass!!!

I don't think this will win you any popularity contests. We are all praying for snow in Spain.

You realise you are going to miss a win today.

I've no idea how or why it will happen BUT Blue's optimism will be confirmed today. Tuesday might dash his hopes, but till then he'll be a happy bunny.
