i think its a perfect result !! get the loss out of the way before Norwich take a point there and everythings nice !! confidence wont matter becasue hes played the second string !! would love hirsty to get one though ?

Blown opportunity to get games under our belts for the reserves and even the likes of O'Grady and Hirst to get valuable experience. CC should have them in for extra training, particularly the strikers who had enough chances to easily win this in 90 mins!!

Hirsty won't get a sniff of the first team now until the FA Cup starts, needed to win a round or two in this one.

Not too fussed really especially with the imposed changes due to the short time between games.
A win and next round is nice but the LC is not a distraction we need. Its the league form and keeping key players healthy that's important. Seems like the rest of S Yorkshire and N Derbyshire have similar views.

The thing is though we start of with the reserves and then Arsenal come to town in the 3rd round and we start to throw the first team on for obvious reasons !! then we burn ourselfs out for more important games like the league !!
