Jokanovic would probably be my first choice.
I like Warburton but doubt he would work in DC's system. Lambert & McKinley kind of make sense as well. Eriksson if he is going for a big name. Someone I know who is often quite up on these things says try & get a bet on Ian Cathro to be next Wednesday manager. He quit as Valencia's Assistant Manager yesterday. He isn't even in the betting yet so can't have a bet.
