6-0 is very harsh on Gateshead but that is the difference between Prem and Conference. Well done to the Gateshead fans for creating a good atmosphere.

Pulis' halftime team talk did the trick. They deserved a rollicking and they probably got one. It has been a good second half and the scoreline is good but this forthcoming week is where the hard work starts.

I know it was conference competition but the change from first to second half is significant and shows (I hope) the impact a manager like TP can have on players attitude and performance. It is an early indication on the transformation, I hope, that Pulis will bring to the club.
