Irvine and his future.

The reason we went backwards after sacking Steve Clarke last season is because we had no replacement lined up, and not lined up quickly enough, and I didn't think Pepe Mel was the right appointment - I don't think anyone saw that one coming, or at least I didn't - and the jury was always out as to whether the players really believed in him enough to want to play for him. Their frustrations on and off the pitch boiled over at least once too many times, and that's never a good sign. So that's two poor managerial appointments in a row JP's made now, so has he really learned the lessons of what he acknowledged were last season's mistakes?

Josh if you actually attended a match i might take you seriously and then we could discuss it over a beer. I'm buying.

I would attend the matches if I could but I can't because of my illness which means I can't get out of the house much and the fact that I live in Cornwall where money that me and parents have is very tight because they are both retired.

My inability to attend matches doesn't mean that my opinion means less than anyone who does attend matches or shouldn't be taken seriously. I still watch every single match and if I could attend them I would.

I am not the moderator (just the owner) but I don't like seeing fellow fans snipe at each other for no real reason. I do not attend many matches either but in a multi media, video streaming world I think my opinion is as valid as anyone else.

As I said before, 'Peace & Love'.

We all want the best for West Brom. If they win today and get momentum then I will be the first to apologise on here for slagging off AI (I just expects to see pigs flying before that would be required).

I too have a major disability josh and it takes a good 5 hrs out of my day to get up there and on public transport. At no point have I said your opinion means less mate. I also work nights and hardly kip before I get up for a home game BUT I will be honest and state I do not appreciate being told not to add certain words in my posts so show some respect and don't pick holes. You say no personal attack but you mention my name and then proceed to advise me on what a fact is........

STAIRS...fair play as you will know I also apologise when i'm wrong as I have been a few times.

I applaud you for doing that but I can't do that. If I could I would love to attend every WBA match but is impossible for me to do so. To say that you don't take me seriously because I don't attend matches is ridiculous. If you ever met me face to face, you would be surprised by exactly how much I know about football.

I said don't add the word fact for something that can't be a fact because there is no way of proving it. If at the end of the season AI does take us down then it can said that you were right and the proof will be there for us all to see. Also advising you on what a fact is isn't a personal attack, a personal attack would be if I was to call you a derogatory name or to call you deluded like you did to me.

Forget it Josh wasting my breath. Deluded derogatory, really? This isn't about disabilities, nothing to do with it. Anyway we are losing 2-0 so as I stated before he has to go, fact.

Got to be tonight, walk and he earns a shred of respect from the fans. If not, JP has to give him the P45.

It has to happen - there is absolutely no way that AI can possibly stay on longer unless JP has no interest in the Clubs success, survival and money!

My biggest fear is that he stays but second to that is that JP and the board do not make a swift and significant change. By that, as most of you agree, I mean the appointment of a new 'Manager' and his OWN staff. This is the time to kick the loyalty for the current staff into touch - they are guilty of this by association and have been with previous 'coaches'.

Wholesale change is urgently required.
