Ricky German gone. Shame but he never seemed to get much of a chance. Will probably go elsewhere and score a bagfull.

I think that's a sign how unhappy we've made Ricky. He'd rather be nowhere. How big a condemnation is that?
But for every cloud there is a silver lining. Robbie Weir wants to leave. Perhaps we could swap him with someone who can play.

See Stevenage signed Emmanuel Sonupe from Kidderminster. I've only been going on about him and Ngwatala at Kiddie amongst others being worth signing for two whole seasons. How depressing to see us missing the talent that even a Stevenage can spot ..........
No wonder Dancing doesn't think we've stopped falling. So far our imports don't really seem any better than our exports. And I would have thought that if you want to improve one of the major ways would be to get some better players .......

MA's back.
If we don't see some promising incoming over the next couple of weeks and some big departures then your right Dev I don't think even MA will stop the slide.
So far the signings are just about ok. He seems to have filled in the holes we had in the squad last year but nothing to get excited about. The next couple of weeks will tell us everything, will DA dig deep, will we get the crud off our books and will MA still be here at the start of the season. Who knows? Take care.

It'll be interesting to see where Ricky ends up Dev ,you were scathing of previous managers for not throwing him in .Time will tell if you were proved right.
I don't think to be honest there are many who have been released by town over the years who have gone on to better things,in fact I cant think of any .Did we release Dan Gardner ?.even he only ended up in the same division .

I think Ricky will drop out of the game entirely. He's from London isn't he? His football experience in northish ....... it depends whether he even likes the game, but he seemed to love it when we gave him contract. It's what we do to him and others at that point I object to - we should be giving them a contract to make them into players, not so they magically transform themselves despite our every effort to restrain them. It's the young players I'm interested in ....... releasing Wiseman to find a club and a future that's good for him and us ....
O'Donnell is a quick answer to your question Pooch played more than a season in the Championship. Scott Boden, Craig Clay played Scottish Premier.
AND we may as well as have released all the players we transferred as none of the money seemed to go back into the team.

Blue you've disappointed me. I thought you'd leap in and say none of my examples was released ........ but you didn't. I was then going to use these magical words - I was wrong.
I wonder if Ricky German fancies going as far north as Barrow.
