Statement performance from Rangers, sends a strong message to the rest of the league! Now you need to maintain it like Hearts did last season.

Cant help thinking what a wasted talent chopra was. Over the blind shoulder and superbly volleyed into net - would have graced any game. From what the commentators said he had offers from India and stayed with Alloa - maybe his family likes it there. Maybe he can avoid his personal demons. Whatever, he showed a bit of magic. Back to Rangers. I thought we followed the recent pattern - out of the blocks like we are 1-0 down with 5 minutes to go. Live that early energy - it must be really difficult to play against, and as soon as we are a couple of goals to the good the opposition have to try and emulate it. Really enjoying watching at the moment. Been offered a ticket for the hibs game trying to tell myself that I can't justify it.

Maybe you can talk Trus out of his armchair too for that one Coop
Appears to have been another good display today, and on the dreaded artificial pitch as well. Maybe the 2 stints training there helped
![]() Good to see the lads feeling optimistic and eager for the next game again. Long may it last ![]()

I don't know if it was just me but I thought we adjusted our play today to suit the surface. Seemed like we played a lot more in the air from the back to the wide positions (though not necessarily directly to the forward areas). Between that and crossing the ball we managed to keep possession in dangerous areas without risking overplaying on a dodgy surface.

We're sitting joint top after the Alloa game with QotS and Dumbarton. No great surprise to see the former up there, even if their wins have come against arguably 2 of the weakest sides in the division, but Dumbarton have done very well, beating Hibs and St. Mirren in their opening matches games. Don't think anyone saw that coming and it'll be interesting to see how long they can maintain that sort of form.
