That looked like a top half Championship match. Doesn't bode too well for next season. Bah!

You know what it was so predictable once we scored again ....
We just sat deep and asked for trouble, Until they scored we were the better team And guess what when we went behind we were the better team and almost equalised at the end ....... This was another game where if we had gone for it (For the entire game not until we scored)we would have won Bournemouth were as bad as us ... Fook me whats happened to the English rugby team ![]() Another truly fantastic Saturday night coming up ![]()

I’ve now given up on footy and now going to follow crown green bowling and bar billiards. Save me spending money on renewing my season ticket.
The only good thing this season is that it looks likely Sjoke will join us in the Championship and I won’t get so much stick from my Sjokie mates.

West Brom have lost 24 points from leading positions in the PL this season – most in the division. They’ve won 3 of 13 games when scoring the 1st goal (D6 L4) #PL

As I see it, the problem of hanging onto Pardew for the sake of saving money is that there is a real danger we will not win another match this season, possibly not even take a point. What a way to go into next season, on the back of a double digit losing streak. As ever, our tactics are to defend incredibly deeply after we have scored but we have shown countless times this season that we cannot hold onto a lead, so surely the best approach has to be to try and score a second. If we fail, fair enough but thinking that, all of a sudden and at this stage of the season, our defence will discover some hidden depths of resilience is, frankly, boll*cks.
Should we not part company with him - the usual parting statement of "We'd like to thank Alan for the contribution he has made to the football club...we'd like to but, as yet, we haven't found one" - and get Big Dave et al to see us through to the end of the season. It may make no difference to the results but having Pardew there seems to be toxic so just get rid.

Couldn't agree more Steve,
From what I can gather if we sack him it's only a couple of Million What's that when you get 100 Million for turning up and finishing bottom ?

Laughable.
Totally predictable, totally pathetic. I'm actually past caring about this season, and hoping that we can attract someone in EARLY in the summer to make sweeping changes

Apart from nealy getting frost bite and falling down steep stairs, the only excititement was our fans constant singing singing, and Rods gets a goal, hurrah time for jumping around as that was a good moment, then I said to the guy next to me we've gone back to defending, shitenhausen, then Phillips comes on and in the the first 20 seconds he's back peddling faster than a ruddy train, gapes open and chummy see's a gap and scores - though Foster is not positioned right and it should have been saved. As for that 89th minute goal goal well that says it all, another leading position then loosing. Yacob, Field. Giibbs Hegazi played well. Nyom had no ball control, and Brunt had a nightmare.
I know I said we should keep Pardew to the end of the season and get in a Manager with some bite, but sack him and get one of the players to manage the team, got nothing to lose. Sorry about spelling I feel like the team - totally inadequate - though my excuse is i've been boozing. Up the Baggies. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Oh and I though my prediction could come true when leading 1-0, but knew it wouldn't last
