Well on route to Ibrox , hoping for a marked improvement from the Livi game. Then again Hearts showed last week against Alloa, its the result that matters.

Miller and McGregor are indeed in, and McCoist predictably sticks with Boyd.

Full lineup:

Simonsen
Foster, McGregor, McCulloch, Wallace
Aird, Law, Black, Macleod
Miller, Boyd

Good result, notice all the big name strikers played and scored
Enough on show to think Boyd will knock them in for fun now or would you rather Daly/Miller?

Remains to be seen whether Boyd can keep scoring. He's been playing well a lot of the time regardless but so has Clark, and Daly produced the goods for us last season.

But Boyd and Miller will certainly be Ally's first choice pairing, and due to his total abhorrence of squad rotation I'm sure they'll start every game unless injured or suspended.

SPFL2 (Championship), 18/10/2014 : Rangers 6-1 Raith Rovers

Match Report : Rangers FC - Rangers 6-1 Raith Rovers

Attendance : 33,956 (SSN)

Manager's verdict : Rangers FC - 'Positive Afternoon' For Gers

I watched this and the Villa match on the streams, but the latter kept failing (stream and team) !
Good performance from Rangers, with the sort of result that is expected.

Great display today Nicky law pulling the strings in midfield. Thought some of the inter link play between Boyd and Miller was fantastic at times .
Young Aird and McCleod both stand outs too, and maybe McCoist has found a centre half pairing at last McGregor was fantastic and read the game so well.
Lots of reasons to be cheerfull today .

Oh, and it was a really good result today. Happy with that apart from letting in another shitty goal. Why are we so totally incapable of shutting out teams at Ibrox?
