Let Southampton play in front of us for a few minutes until they lose the ball. Hoof it up for Rondon in to flick on to a Souhampton defender. Welcome to the wonderful world of Pulisball.

Just got back,
That was terrible and offered no entertainment what so ever.
We are defensively solid and won't go down but not happy paying good money to watch that. Away from home I can just about stand going out for a point but at the Hawthorns I am not willing to watch players who cannot retain or pass a football.
Why is Gardner playing left side of midfield when Gnabry is on the bench ? Even McLean would be better but from what I have seen so far he is a championship player at best.
Was over the moon when Lambert signed but he looks as if his legs have gone and certainly can't play up top with Rondon or number 10.
Dawson doesn't float my boat, can't pass a ball and is slow and error prone.
G-Mac and Evans aside today was as dull, miserable and uninspiring as football gets.

I'm sorry guys, I am a TP fan but even though I have a season tkt, I don't think I am going to bother for the next home game as that was absolutely soul destroying. Good job saints are a poor side because we were worse.

No pace apart from Callum. Evans did very well on his debut, Lambert looks so heavy and unfit, Rondon looked absent.

How can Gardner possibly start in front of Morrison or Gnabry?? I hate to say it but we are a very poor side, this is nothing like the Albion I Have watched over the last 40 years (apart from the Gould and Dennis Smith era's).

I know we didn't lose but that was Rubbish Thumb down

Don't know what to say
I stood up for pulis
I said I would give him until after a full transfer window,
£36 Million pounds later we are still being served up with this shite,
Still players out of position
Gardener instead of Gnarby
Takes our best player off
Still no pace blah blah blah
I'm beginning to despair i really am Doh
Beat the Villa and everything will be rosie I suppose,
But with all my heart I can't see us scoring so praying for a 0-0 again,
Some exciting season this is going to be Sleeping Sleeping Sleeping Sleeping
2x Premier League Champ 1x Championship Winner and World cup Winner

Oh dear, chaps, I'm a TP supporter too, but this doesn't sound too good, and it hasn't sounded good for some time now. We've got some very good players (and some who should be gone) so why can't we play better football? And score?

I really wished Pulis had changed his spots when he was appointed and I didn't have to say "I told you so" but today was again total rubbish. If you were colour blind you would think we were playing in the red and white stripes of Stoke City in the Pulis area.

I was against the appointment of Pulis for all the reasons we have seen since his appointment and have been shouted down by many on these boards but he truly is the anti-Christ of football and what has been dished up so far is what you are going to get my fellow Baggies.

I was also at the Stoke game and felt highly embarrassed of my team that we dropped back and went defensive and even resorted to time wasting against NINE men for goodness sake!  Their nine men were better as a team than our eleven !
What we are seeing is NOT the West Bromwich Albion I know and have supported for 50 plus years.

The sooner Pulis is sacked the happier I will be and one wonders, with the falling gates and lack of entertainment, how long JP will put up with this utter garbage. Although a season ticket holder, I'm seriously thinking about not bothering to make the two hour journey to watch such crap. We should have stuck with Steve Clark or even Pepe Mel.

I will probably get slated by the Pulis the Messiah lovers but hey, the only thing I care about is our club.

The only thing I will slag you off for youth is saying we should have stuck with Steve Clarke or Pepe Mel.
Unless you like championship football of course

That was bloody awful. We were playing at home and didn't have a single chance. Not one. Nada. Zilch. At no point in that game did I think for a split second "we might score here." We were so slow when we got the ball, we didn't ever put the Southampton defence under pressure. Either Myhill kept it for long enough that their defence were easily able to reorganise, or one of the defenders did. Then inevitably it was lumped up to Rondon or Lambert who couldn't do a single thing with a ball coming down with snow on top. We didn't really look like conceding either but is that what we aspire to? And it's already been shown this season that better teams will tear us apart easily.

I used to be proud when I could declare I supported West Brom; now it feels like I'm admitting it. I just feel embarrassed. Please, Tony: piss off.

Hi Squirrel, in many ways I wonder if we might see better football and at least be entertained if we had stuck with Clark or Pepe Mel and been in the Championship rather than the awful stuff we are having to endure now.

That said, it amuses me when people say we WOULD have been relegated under both of those HC's or even Irvine - how can you be 100% sure we WOULD have suffered the drop under those three unless you have a Back to the Future car ? Its only supposition.

Glad you agree on the rest of my post mucka !
