They have to appeal before May 1st deadline, whether that appeal will get heard before the last games of the season or not could turn everything into a complete farce.

I don't get the reason for the appeal. They fielded an ineligible player and it's well known what the penalty is for that.
Doesn't matter that he was only one day over the eligible period...he was still over.

So once again it's one rule for the likes of Rotherham and another rule for the likes of West Ham.

I assume you are refering to the Carlos Tevez affair, if not ignore the rest of this post!!! In the Tevez situation he was registered as a West Ham player, all the paperwork had been completed, the problem was an issue over who actually "owned" him prior to him joining West Ham. So I am not sure the situation is the same as that whole thing centered on ownership rights and the rules were changed after this to remove this issue.

Rotherham have only themselves to blame, who us doing the bloody paperwork, the club secretary wants a bollocking, wouldn't have happened in George Binns' day. Millwall's peckers will be up now, although to be honest their results aren't showing an upturn but this might just give them a boost. Rotherham still have a game in hand but they'll be looking nervously over their shoulders, personally I don't think Millwall and Wigan will get out if it.

When you look at the games all 3 have left, you wouldn't predict many points for all 3 of them, but in this division owt can happen.

Well that's the small, rugby town of Wigan down to League 1.
Still think they are punching above their weight.....shitty little rugby town that deserves League 2 at least. Good riddance and I hope we never see their like again in the top division. Watch all the "Premier League" players do a runner. Set of shitty fans and players who have stained the FA Cup with actually winning it once. Get tae feck!!!!!!
