The fans won't stick 2/3 seasons the attendance will drop and they'll be no money coming in.
And yes we do need at least 2 seasons to rebuild but that's just for the pub league we are 4 seasons of having a team that could compete as a mid table championship outfit .
The new owners are going to have to make a massive gamble in afraid as time costs money it's a no win situation unless you win the bet !
