Francesco Farioli has left Ajax after one season after they chucked away the chance to win the league on the last day of the season. Not saying it would be at all possible for the Albion to entice him to the club as I imagine he’ll be high on the lists of teams back in his native Italy and France, where he was before, but he’d be the left field, out of the blue option that could be a genius stroke for the club. What he did with Ajax and their very young squad this season is quite remarkable.

Just an idea. An over ambitious one, I admit.

Rumbles are starting to suggest Ryan Mason is weighing up his options and will decide one way or another next week.

Inexperienced at first team and championship level but young and has got some success with spuds young guns.
Don’t know too much about him so my comments have little evidential value, just thoughts really.
Could be good and if he is deciding next week and says yes, he could be a good ambitious punt. However saying yes next week, he may miss out on the first, short transfer window. We need to act fast in both fields, HC and playing staff if we are to get the quality and quantity in to make a real push for the greed league.
Maybe Palace will encourage us to put more effort into the cups, ‘68’ is an awfully long time ago, we’re due some silverware.

Shocking, new owners have made absolutely no positive decision making. Leadership starts at the top. We still have a bunch of people running the show who are scared of making a decision.

I can't believe the other Directors wouldn't have prompted "the new owners" to sort this out. I just presume it's because most Managers and Directors are taking their annual 4-week holiday. And after that they'll get down to business.
