Interesting Powells comments pre-watford that business is going to try and be done but he admitted 'its going to be hard' i.e reinforcing what we all thought. FFP, deadwood players on good wages needing turfing out in order for us to get some in. I'm happy to abide by that situation if we can make the most of the market. Powell has substantially better contacts than managers who have come before him according to Oggy and if he can snatch a deal or two then I'm content. People saying defenders and strikers but we are crying out for reinforcements in midfield unless he brings radi back in from the cold.
