Baggievicar, I never knew you were a Richard Thompson fan Smile Man's just brilliant, has written some amazing songs, so many stunning albums and is undoubtedly one of the finest guitarists around (not my opinion only but his fellow professionals and guitar aficionados). I've seen him gigging more times than I care to think about, going all the way back to Fairport. Thanks for posting Thumb up

I've saw him twice in Edinburgh, solo acoustic and with a band. Personally I thought he was much better on his own but what an amazing songwriter. I ended up spending a small fortune buying up his back catalogue.
