Wednesday: Wildsmith, Hunt, Venancio, Lees, Pudil, Boyd, Reach, Pelupessy, Clare, Joao, Nuhiu
Substitutes: Dawson, Jones, Fox, Rhodes, Butterfield, Loovens, Palmer
Loovens, Butterfield, Fox, Jones and Palmer drop to the bench. Venancio, Pudil, Hunt, Pelupessy and Clare back in the starting 11. Probably about as good a side as Jos has available to him.

Don’t mind Jones and Butterfield on the bench, can come on for the last 20 and help shut it down as long as we are winning. Not much options though to change a game we are chasing, so as you say Imre, the starting 11 have to give us a head start in this one!!

I'd be happy with that if it was Dawson in the nets

I would have preferred Rhodes for Nuhiu. Surely he (Rhodes) has to show some form sometime? At least we know he has the capability. Nuhiu will slow the game right down.

Nuhiu is in on form PEI, he's virtually the only one scoring or creating chances for others Look at the stats, who else has merited a place before him since Jos has been here

Didn't realize ALF is with Bolton. Him and Ameobi are the ones to watch. Especially against our hopeless defence.
He's as slow as treacle Maddix, can't head the ball. I'm not on an anti Nuhiu rant but I see what I see and in the games I've seen, especially the last two, he looks completely lost out there.

Best team we could hope for under our circumstances, No Butterball is a plus.
Shame there's no link for this one.

I think Nuhiu is league 1 at best but he does bring more out of Joao than Rhodes does and maybe that more important at the moment. When Rhodes plays, Joao becomes the target man up front, and thats not his game. Rhodes is so low on confidence that he has become unselfish and tries to find someone else instead of having a pop himself, he needs to become a poacher again, but I’m not sure our current team can get the most out of him.
The kit colors are a bit close, why do away teams not wear a completely contrasting color these days??
Boro 1-0 over the dingles in the first minute.
