I think it proved worth it waiting a couple of extra days to win it at Ibrox. A brilliant occasion by the end and although we could have had a more comfortable win we never looked in any danger in that match. Some greats stops from the Dumbarton keeper and some nervy finishing were the only real bother we had tonight. Main objective for the season achieved and now we can look forward to Sunday at Hampden and the first of a couple of potential bonuses to top the season off.

Celebrations at the end looked and sounded fantastic! Lee Wallace's words in his post match interview were just perfect and show how well he's taken to the captain's role this season. The perfect choice. A word too for Kenny Miller, a player I wrote off as pretty much past it in January. How vital his performances, goals and leadership has been since Waghorn's injury is immeasurable.
A lot of comment tonight about this being the end of the journey, but I strongly disagree. 55 is the ultimate destination.
An exciting couple of weeks ahead now, the Challenge Cup final to win at last, a Scottish Cup semi against the second biggest club in the country, topped off by the Guard of Honour the Hibs players are duty bound to give us on the 20th at Easter Road.

Thanks, Ritchie.
The play-offs teams are likely to be Falkirk, Hibernian and Raith Rovers, although Queen of the South still have a mathematical chance of overtaking Raith.
The SPFL2 play-offs function thus :
1} SPFL2 Team 1 is promoted automatically to SPFL1.
2} SPFL2 Play-Off Teams 3 & 4 play each other, Home and Away.
3} The winner from 3 & 4 plays Team 2, Home and Away.
4} The SPFL2 winner plays the 11th team in SPFL1, Home and Away.
5} SPFL2 Team 9 plays SPFL3 team 4, Home and Away.
6} SPFL2 Team 10 is relegated automatically to SPFL3.

What a night.
Nervy first half...the players caught up in the importance of the occasion I think.
Kids and I had a great night. Atmosphere was fantastic from start to finish. Didn't get back to my car until 22:30. Kids loved doing the bouncy and so did I.
Players hanging out the dressing room Windows while being serenaded on Edmiston Drive.
Still buzzing. Roll on Sunday. Roll on next season.

Congratulations to Rangers on promotion to the Prem. It's been a long and sometimes interesting journey for you guys to get back to the top division but it must feel great to have finally done it in such magnificent style.
