We've about 20 midfielders we don't need, can they take a few of them off our hands? Anyone else shown any interest yet? Can we swap Gerrard for his cousin? Not much chance of him playing against Liverpool if we have him. Maybe not, that would be another midfielder we won't play.

Theo, Toro went into the season playing, effectively a 3-6-0 formation. That has adapted slightly to 3-5-1-1 a lot of the time, but midfielders...no, if Ventura has them, he will use them.
I was thinking about Gerrard myself; the MLS season doesn't coincide with the English one - could well see him 'keeping his eye in' at somewhere near Liverpool before sodding off Stateside to pocket some wedge. Why not Town for six months?

We've got 14 registered at the moment according to the beeb website, not counting any wide players other than Hammill. Jake Carroll also on his way back from Patrick to add to our over-stocked but under-performing defence.
