Quote:Huddersfield manager Chris Powell: "Nahki will get games and will score goals. He is an important player. He might not think that when he doesn't start but I know 100% what he is capable of.
"We have to make sure we have the platform for him to play and score goals."

Quote:Bolton manager Neil Lennon: "We have been done by two refereeing decisions. Heskey was clearly on side - he was at least level with Jack Robinson - and the second goal was hand ball by Hogg.
"To be fair to Huddersfield, they had a very good spell in the first half and really forced the game."

Nah. Just watched the You Tube link and he's a yard offside. And Smithies, having heard the whistle, makes no attempt to stop the shot.
The hand ball was ball to hand. Totally unintentional.
If we're talking about decisions, what about the tackle on Scannell, which looked very suspect and could easily have been a penalty and a red card?
Lennon, you is a dickhead.

Nice one Theo. I managed to catch the highlights from a link in Twitter.
What was Smith doing giving that free kick away that lead to Boltons goal, he looked more interested in protecting himself than actually going for the bsll

Managers all talk crap, our included. For some reason they think the paying public are as daft as the players we watch

Just watched highlights. Clearly offside. And yes Smithies didn't make much of an effort to save it either 'cause the ref had already blown! I do think they might have had a good shout for handball, but hey ho, shit 'appens, and has to us on many occasions. Thought their keeper could have done better with both goals to be honest. All in all, a good day at the office!!!

Was this lad really playing in the same match I watched? I guess we can all be a bit biased in our opinions.

Absolute proper sour grapes from everyone at bolton. I was beginning to come round to lennon, does get a lot of stick at times but that takes the cake. And he said gary hooper was a premier league striker, looool. Some of our finishing on the highlights was a bit dire, we must do better. Hoggy even on the highlights bossed it. Set up both goals and did the job he was brought in to do. Becoming very integral to us. Smith, absolutely hopeless. On highlights, excluding the goal, every attack that came from them came down his side when he was either skinned or completely out of position. Let's realise that he is a centre back and a kid and stick him there or help him develop there. I don't want him becoming another tom clarke as I believe he has the potential to be a top player for us but stop dicking him about out of position Powell. They looked a dire team and when in form we should be beating that dross 4-0. Glad hammill got on the pitch and hopefully push scanz and bunn to do better. Where the hell is majewski, what a waste he's becoming. Really thought he was the answer to our problems when we loaned him but he hasn't had a sniff. Gobern, dicko, ward, few of the kids can all go in jan. Need to free up some space on the wage bill.

I would've loved Lennon to come here as manager. Glad he didn't now though.
What a charmless nurk!

At least CP says it as it is, not as some fantasy ruined by 3 blind mice who were generally crap for both sides. He also says he would love to have the attacking options we have, like being able to take Vaughan off and putting Wells on. Er, quite. We score for fun we do.

Who's doing his scouting reports? Some kid with an Xbox and FIFA 14/15 loaded on it?
Sounds like he wants Mr. Garside to go a bit further into debt come January.

The Ginger Whinger is what he was called up here. He does like a good moan, everybody to blame except him and his team. Doh

It's great entertainment value when you get used to it.

Brighton beat Fulham tonight to move us back to 5 points above squeaky bum spots and them 8 points behind Forest. Anyone would think they were looking for a new manager Whistle

So halfway through the season and 2/3 of the league possibly in a relegation scrap. Gonna be a lot of squeaky bums between now and Easter.
