This is consistent with everything DC has said since he took over.
The outcry from fans is similar to when Howard Wilkinson was appointed 32 years ago last week. Let's hope that the fans moaning now are just as wrong as the fans moaning then.

We've basically brought in four coaches with absolutely no knowledge of the Championship. And they have already signed two players with no experience of English football.

To be fair to CC. His profile on the OS is fairly impressive. Just the amount of clubs that worries me

I think this is an exciting venture into the unknown.
A lot of fans would prefer to go down the traditional route of Sam Alladyce, Nigel Pearson or Neil Warnock.
DC has a plan to get us back in the PL & you can bet your last pound that he has a plan to make us a PL force. We have to break the mould if we want to be a top six side.
If fans are only prepared to give a new system ten matches then pretty much no-one will be given time to succeed at Wednesday.

I'm down to give anything a try. After the previous 20 years what could be worse?
It's just like Consilio says, we're bringing in players and coaches with no Championship experience. Or any British experience for that matter.
Not always, but often, it seems foreign players need to adapt to the physicality of the English game, and not flop when wind breezes by them.
I feel as I did before, it's a master stroke or a massive disaster. No middle ground here.
