I would love to know what SGs thinking was with the subs he made?? Of course none of the reporters will ever ask such a pointed question, but he changed the team when we were on top and had 20 minutes to turn it around!! I had no problem making subs, but why did he change the formation that had seen us on top in the second half!!!
We have two players in our squad who can play behind the strikers in Maghoma and Maguire, and both have done well when occasionally used that way, but we still see him put both out on the wing every game!!!!

for the next game I'd go:
Westwood
Lees Loovens Dielna
Palmer Lee Semedo Helan
Maghoma
Nuhiu Maguire

That may be what you will go with, but no chance of SG doing that!!! Having said that I am not sure I would mess with the back 4 either as its by far the best part of the team and is the reason we are in the top half of the division. I think if you are going to play a midfielder behind the strikers, then May has to play as he does have the ability to make the runs that will both create space and passing opportunities, problem is he will miss the shot too often!!!
While Nuhiu puts a lot of effort in, I would be inclined to maybe give Maguire and May a run out up top with Maghoma or Baker behind them. I would also consider resting Lee as well and play Baker in there instead.

SG has said he is a 442 man so he won't use progressive formations.
The beauty of this formation is that it allows us to compete in CM, have a solid defence & still have two strikers.
We play better when Nuhui plays but this formation suits May so I wouldn't be leaving him out.

I know he won't quit the 442, not a bad thing when you've got the players for it but we don't. Our centre midfielders aren't attacking enough so we need to play someone further up (Maguire/Maghoma).
May I'd drop for a game but bring on from the bench because he's not quite firing on all cylinders.
so since it's 442 I'd go:
Westwood
Palmer Lees Loovens Helan
Maguire Lee Semedo Maghoma
Lavery Nuhiu
We could put Lavery out wide and Maghoma more central if we needed to

Pointless playing Maghoma wide. He only plays well when he plays centrally. Lavery still has some improving to do before he is a first tem regular.

It's my suggestion for the next game not the next decade

My suggestion for the next match would be
Westwood
Lees - Loovens - Dielna
Palmer - Semedo - Baker - Maghoma/Maguire - Helan
May - Nuhui
unless we sign someone before then.
