Disagree Imre. Without the 12pt deduction we'd be in 18th place having just been raped (as I predicted) by Toytown and having lost three in a row. We are not a bang average mid table team, we are relegation fodder and have been since January. Can't remember the dates when Monk came in but we were third in December despite him. I think they call it the new manager bounce. Since then he has systematically got rid of our better players, changed the style of football into a defensive charade with the sole tactic of passing to Barry and hoping something will happen.
We've lost Fletch, FF, Lee, Hutchinson, Dave amongst others that don't look so much dead wood now. Westwood, Penney and others can't get a look in and quite frankly the replacements he's brought in , Marriot, Paterson, Kachunga et al can't lace the boots of the the ones we let go. He's turned Reach into a zombie and made no attempt to keep loans like Murphy at the club. We thought we lacked bottle for the last couple of seasons always being nearly in the top six but, Jesus, we're like little boys now.
Well he has 'his' players now (and in reality has done since the last season restarted) and his record speaks for itself.
